Week 1 builds your pillar content. Week 2 breaks it into social. Week 3 converts with email and offers. Week 4 proves results and repurposes everything. Each week feeds the next — nothing is created from scratch after Week 1.
Days 6, 7, 13, 14, 20, 21, 27 and 28 are deliberately light — scheduling, engagement, or rest. A calendar you abandon in week two is worse than no calendar.
Agent run, edit, publish. If a day is taking you ninety minutes, your input is too vague — go back to the input format that worked in your First-Hour debrief.
Substitute freely. If your niche is service-based rather than content-based, swap the blog days for proposal, outreach and case study days. The rhythm matters more than the specific assets.

|---|---|---|---|
| Day 29 | Data Analyzer | Performance breakdown of the month | Feed it your analytics export |
| Day 30 | Topic Cluster Builder | Next month's pillar and spokes | You start Day 1 next month already planned |
The structure repeats exactly. Only the pillar topic changes — and Day 30 already chose it for you. That is the entire point: month two takes no planning at all.
Do not restart from Day 1. Skip to the current week's theme and carry on. The weeks are designed to be useful even if you missed the one before, because the pillar asset from Week 1 keeps working whether or not you posted every day.
Batch by week rather than by day. Run all five of Week 2's agents in one sitting and schedule the output. Most people find batching easier to sustain than a daily habit.
This calendar is a sellable deliverable on its own. Bonus #5 shows you how to package it — a monthly content retainer built on exactly this rhythm is the most common first $1K package.
Next: Bonus #5, the $1K Service Package Builder, turns the work you just did for yourself into five packages you can sell to other people.
